Now here’s what we call a transformation. A transformation was built off just pure hard work and discipline. We’re so bloody proud of you Tyler. It’s been 12 to 18 months to achieve this but he set himself and he was relentless in making sure we achieved a sub 10% body fat level. Today Tyler measured in at 8% body fat and not to mention a 38kg loss.

There was nothing fancy he just followed a calorie deficit for a long period of time with a few diet breaks and as he got leaner we were able to manipulate more fat loss through re feed days.now we kick on and add some muscle to Tyler’s frame and give his hormones a well deserved rest. Being in a deficit for that long comes at a cost at the back end but he did extremely well.

Anything is achievable if you give yourself enough time and have the support.
