Photo 1 ➡️ Prepping for our first season with the hopes of turning pro

Ironically, the same weight in both photos too 😉

It’s a not ALWAYS about getting bigger, its about getting BETTER.. especially as a competitive physique athlete.

The goal should always be centred around making the necessary refinements to your overall physique, without comprimising on any aspect

This might mean - creating more balance and symmetry, getting a little leaner / sharper, or maintaining a certain level of fullness come stage time. All of which requires constant long term data and monitoring to remove the guesswork!

A little over a year between shots and a 3kg difference from left to right.

Left: No actual structure when it came to phase planning and contest prep, leading to a sub par outcome.

Right: Fast forward 12 months of structured phase planning and a perfectly executed prep.. (getting 2nd place classic physique true novice). The difference is night and day!
