School holidays are nearly here, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back into the gym!
Whether your child wants to burn off some energy, learn a new skill, or simply spend the day laughing with friends, we've got something for everyone.

This holiday we're running:
💙 Wednesday 8 July – Handstands & Cartwheels
🧡 Thursday 9 July – Handsprings
(for gymnasts confident in a wall handstand)
Our holiday programs are open to children aged 5–10 and are suitable for all abilities.
Whether it's their first visit or they're already part of the SGF family, we'll make sure they have an amazing day.
As always, our focus isn't just gymnastics. It's helping children build confidence, make friends, and leave with a smile on their face. 😊
