Since I’ve moved countries, started over, questioned everything, and learned a lot.

Truth is, sometimes I feel absolutely inspired.

Other times, I feel completely lost.

But one thing that hasn’t changed is my belief that small steps still matter.

Strength is never as isolated as it looks.

Even when an exercise seems like it belongs to one body part, the whole body is still involved.

A chest press is not only about the chest.

It also depends on how well your feet connect to the floor, how stable your hips are, how your ribs stay controlled, and how your upper back creates a base to press from.

And the same works in reverse.

A stronger upper body helps you hold bars, grip dumbbells, stabilise load, and maintain better position through lower-body training.

This is something I believe deeply inside .

We do not train the body as disconnected parts.

We train the body as a unit.

Honestly? The first few weeks in Dubai were a total emotional rollercoaster 🎢.

New city, new home… it was overwhelming.

Some days I felt on top of the world, others I just wanted to hide 🙈.

But looking back at this photo from our first week in the Marina Gate gym... I’m so proud we kept this one thing consistent. We didn’t have a plan, and the workouts weren’t perfect. It was just about showing up, moving our bodies, and keeping a tiny piece of ‘normal’ alive.

Sometimes showing up is the win. 💪✨
