With 17 years experience as a Personal Trainer in Sydney & having worked for Biggest Loser Trainer Michelle Bridges, I’ll have you boxing your way to health, lifting your way to strength & stretching your way to flexibility. I might even introduce you to Animal Flow, Yoga & Pilates. I have been featured in leading magazines; Women’s Health & fitness, Body & Soul, Daily Telegraph, Good Health & Neos Kosmos. Together we will get your body back into balance and have it functioning at its best – and no excuses necessary as I can help you with your rehabilitation.
