SANTA SHRED CHALLENGE - 99 sessions til Christmas

Only $495 for non-members, this includes a 12 week All Access membership (usually $780)

The main focus of this challenge is to help each other stay accountable over a 12 week period and really smash our gym goals in the build up to Christmas! We will aim is to complete 99 sessions over the 12 week period, whilst maintaining a clean diet!

Start date: 19th September

Hey team, We have decided that a Gym challenge is well overdue and would like to invite you all to take part in our 12 week "SANTA SHRED". The main focus for this challenge is to help each other stay accountable over a 12 week period and really smash our gym goals in the build up to Christmas!

The aim is to complete 99 sessions over a 12 week period, whilst keeping a clean diet and staying off the alcohol (optional)!
