300 SESSION MILESTONE 👏🏼

Take me back to day one with Maz…

To see where she is today and how her body is feeling, how she’s looking, and how much stronger she’s become, is honestly unreal.

At the start, you could have easily looked at the road ahead and thought, “There’s no way she gets there.”

But Maz is proof of what happens when someone shows resilience, has the right attitude, works smart, follows the plan, and keeps showing up.

Her first few months weren’t about chasing numbers.

They were about fine-tuning her technique, building a proper baseline of strength through her posterior chain, and learning when to push the intensity.

Maz came in dealing with chronic neck and shoulder pain and was seeing her osteopath weekly, sometimes even twice a week.

A lot of people would have given up after a few months when the results weren’t coming as fast as they hoped.

But not Maz.

We set the expectations from the start, and she was prepared to ride it out.

Fast forward to now…

She’s deadlifting over 70kg for multiple reps.
Squatting close to 60kg.
Bench pressing close to 40kg.

But for Maz, it’s not just about the numbers.

The numbers are just the by-product of her hard work.

The real result is waking up pain-free-apart from the odd DOMS from lunges 😂

It’s being able to get back into running, something she hadn’t done in years.

It’s enjoying life without living with chronic pain.

Maz, 300 sessions is a massive achievement and a testament to the work you’ve put in.

300 SESSION MILESTONE for .sayers.7 🎉

Jo just hit her 300 session milestone and what a journey it’s been.

When Jo first started with us, she had already been through two knee operations. I’d never coached someone with that history before, but one thing was obvious from the start….she was determined to get as strong as possible and wasn’t going to let her knees define what she could do.

With a background playing netball and touch football at a high level, Jo already had that competitive edge, discipline, and determination to give 100% and that’s exactly what she did.

Over the years, we built her strength back step by step. Before long, Jo was squatting to full depth over 70kg and deadlifting over 80kg.

Then, two years later, it was time for a new hip.

For a lot of people, that could have been the point where they pulled back. Not Jo.

She came back, got to work again, and kept hitting new numbers across her lifts.

Jo loves travelling and hiking, and with every trip she takes, staying strong and capable matters. We’ve always known that building a strong body wasn’t just about the gym-it was about making sure she could keep doing the things she loves.

And as if that’s not enough, Jo is also a school principal and in 4 years has only missed 3 sessions. If she’s not in the gym, she’s out making sure she gets her steps in for the day.

Jo, you are proof that setbacks don’t have to stop you.
Your consistency, resilience, and attitude have been unreal to watch.

50 SESSION MILESTONE 💪🏽

Amanda came to me back in October feeling lost - no clear direction and disconnected from herself.

She knew something had to change… she just didn’t know where to start.

We began with 2 sessions per week, focusing on building structure and consistency through 1:1 coaching.

From there, things started to shift:
✔️ Strength increased
✔️ Measurements started dropping
✔️ Her mindset around food changed - from restriction to fuel

When the new year hit, Amanda doubled down - moving to 3 sessions per week and fully committing to herself.

Fast forward to now:
🔥 5kg down
🔥 10cm off her waist
🔥 8+ hours sleep consistently
🔥 Energy through the roof

And the best part?

She hasn’t put her life on hold.

She’s still seeing friends, travelling interstate - just making better decisions that align with where she’s heading.

Achieving results like hers takes sacrifice but we knew that long-term success would come from flexibility, not restriction. By fuelling her body instead of running on a harsh deficit, she had the energy to train hard and push sets close to failure. His goal foremost was to correct his technique and understand about the main principles around building muscle. This guy absorbed everything and was so keen to learn.

In the first 12 weeks, Shannon added over 3kgs of muscle without adding any body fat, ⬆️ 3cm to his chest and ⬆️ 1.5cm to his arms. Shannon never shy away from hard work, he always trained with intensity and followed the program to the tee and results speak for themselves.
