I have had the pleasure of working with Pam since 2020. Training together with her husband, from their home, it was always awesome to see her hard work and dedication to her training, which included Pam continuing her training through online sessions multiple times as she travelled overseas to visit family. Pam has achieved some amazing results, including losing 7cm off of her waist! After moving a few hours down the South Coast of NSW, Pam continues to smash out sessions and work towards her goals through online training!

Who keeps you accountable? It can be so easy to see your results/progress fall to the wayside without someone to keep you accountable day to day. Someone to check in and make sure you're sticking to your daily compliance goals, whether that be calorie goals, macro goals or daily training goals.

Knowing that you're going to get that text message, phone call or face to face question asking if you've been keeping up with what you're supposed to be doing can go a long way to help motivate you to stick to your routine and ultimately help achieve your goals!
