Hi all. Unfortunately my body is not ready for me to teach classes this term as I had hoped. While I haven't given up hope that I will be ready by term 3, it seems I can't promise that. My sincerest apologies for waiting until the last minute. I was just really hoping i'd be good to go.
I will be sure to privately message last terms clients throughout the day.
And i'll aim to keep in contact more on this page.

Hi all. It is with great frustration that I let you know I wont be running any classes this term. I wont pretend I'm not sad. Thank you so much for your support over the years. I will be doing everything I can to mend and be ready for term 2.
I love being a fitness instructor and in order for me to continue to do it for the next 20 + years I need to take a few months off now. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Hope your new year is treating you well.
I'm organising classes in Quirindi for term 1 and if you're interested please see below.
Minimum of 8 and maximum of 16 per class.
Current schedule (numbers required by 30th January)
CORE/STRETCH: 5pm Monday
BEATBOX: 6pm Monday (need partner)
5 weeks from Monday
11th Feb - 11th March
Cost: $55
