Queanbeyan City Football Club (QCFC) is committed to fostering a positive, respectful and inclusive football atmosphere for players, officials, volunteers, members, supporters and visitors.
QCFC recognises the benefits of social media as an important communication tool and acknowledges that supporters engage in discussion about football across a range of independent social media platforms and community forums. Social media enables people with shared interests to connect online and engage with content in a manner that can positively support the game.
While QCFC does not own, operate, administer, moderate or control third-party social media pages, it is important that the reputation of QCFC, its affiliated Associations and Clubs, and the sport of football generally is not tarnished. QCFC therefore encourages all participants in the game to communicate respectfully and in a manner consistent with the values of football.
QCFC adopts a zero-tolerance approach to behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise brings the game into disrepute. The Club does not support such behaviour and expects all players, officials, members and supporters to conduct themselves respectfully and in a manner that reflects positively on both the Club and the broader football community.
Players, officials, members and supporters are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the applicable Football Australia and Capital Football Codes of Conduct, social media expectations and behavioural standards. Links to relevant documents can be found below:

Respect for match officials, players, volunteers, clubs and fellow supporters remains a fundamental expectation of participation in football. Football is built on passion, but that passion must always be accompanied by respect.
QCFC remains committed to promoting positive support for all participants in our game, both on and off the field. The Club will continue working to uphold the values of integrity, respect, inclusion and sportsmanship that underpin football in our region.
