Let me introduce Andy to the team! Andy has been working with me for the past 10 weeks and has hit some pretty incredible results, certainly living up to his nickname Mr Consistency.
Andy stats are as follows-
Weight - down 20kgs
Chest - down 10 cms
Waist - down 15 cms
Hips - down 10 cms
Thigh - down 5 cms

Excellent work so far and we can't wait to continue working with Andy!

Next up on we have the one and only Aaron Barker. Aaron came to me 10 weeks ago with the goal of increasing both his strength and endurance, and to say he has smashed this goal is an understatement!

Aaron has never given an excuse throughout his programs, given he is also an extremely busy police officer he has plenty of opportunities to give excuses but instead has put his head down and given his all, and the results speak for themselves:
Weight: Up 2kgs
Chest: Up 8cm
Waist: Down 6cm
Hips: Down 1cm
Thigh: Up 2cm

In addition to his resistance training sessions Aaron also enjoys some endurance running and has been undertaking some impressive runs throughout the duration of his transformation

On behalf of we want to give Aaron a massive congratulations and can't wait to see what else he achieves in the future 💯💪🏼

Let me introduce everyone to Jasmine! Jasmine came to me with the goal of increasing her big 3 lifts, both technique wise and strength wise. We've been training together for roughly 8 weeks now and in that time have made some significant improvements:
Deadlifts - ☝🏼20kgs (110kgs x2)
Squats - ☝🏼15kgs (100kgs x1)
Bench - ☝🏼10kgs (60kgs x2)

As you can see this is all complete without straps, a belt or chalk, we are teaching her the basics and how to lift without these aids before we continue on to the fun stuff!

Next up we have Anna! Anna has been training with me now for 6 weeks out of in Queanbeyan. In those 6 weeks she has pulled out some pretty remarkable results! Dropping 10 kgs and a massive 20cm off her waist, 10 cm off the hips and chest!

16 weeks later and here we are! Massive congratulations to .mcdonald who has completed phase 1 of his transformation plan.
Brodie has hit some pretty impressive numbers over the course of his transformation including a whopping 13 cms of his waist! Brodie has been an outstanding client from the get go putting in 110% effort week in, week out, this isn't easy as he also works long shifts during the nights. Excellent work Brodie, can't wait to see the results after phase 2.

Always remember "Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance"

With all my clients the first thing I tell them is that nutrition is one of the most important factors in the gym. I have a client base that ranges from just standard mobility and strength training all the way to powerlifting/bodybuilding clients, and their nutrition is the thing I preach to them the most.

Having a set macronutrient plan to follow isn't always the easiest as foods may not taste the best, you feel as if you have to restrict yourself etc. As a result of this we have teamed up with to allow all of our Canberra based clients to have the opportunity to get amazing, fresh and macro friendly foods delivered right to your door!

The meals are amazing and no matter your goals they've got you covered from the Hardcore chicken all the way through to spaghetti bolognese 💪🏼

Nutrition is everything when it comes to the gym and your training, ensure you're doing everything in your power to maximise the results you receive.

We are incredibly excited to announce that face to face personal training has now become another option to include on our list!
As of Monday the 17th of August we will be running out of Club Lime Queanbeyan!
This gym is stacked with top of the line weights, machines and cardio equipment to help you reach your goals!
As of the 17th we will be running 50% of our F2F PT sessions for 2 weeks, so if you're in the Canberra/Queanbeyan area and are looking into trialling out PT then this is the time for you!
If possible would everyone please be able to share this post around and we are incredibly excited to be able to bring you this opportunity.
