Happy Mother's Day!💐
Hope all the mothers have been spoilt by loved ones or spoilt by yourselves🥰

It was gorgeous day before wet days start again🌞( hope the forecast is wrong!)

We went for a coastal walk from north curl curl ↔️ dee why beach. It took about 35min one way walk includes looking for dolphins, birds and flowers 🐬 🐦🏵
(My kids are 8, 10 and 11yo. It is good distance for school age children but if you have babies and willing to carry them it is doable! Also dogs are allowed🐕)

When we got to dee why we saw jellyfish and crabs 🦀, we dipped our feet in the water and I lied down on the beach had relaxing time whilst kids played with sand 🏖 Had lunch at dee why and went back to north curl curl.

It was a perfect day for a coastal walk 🌞 We all enjoyed it very much!

Our first SUP experience in Manly!!🤎

We hired a SUP board from kayak centre which is located right next to manly wharf.
( one hour/$25, $30 for public holidays. You can use NSW discovery voucher!)

When we were there water was calm, perfect for beginners like us. You can stand up close to shore ( perfect for people who are scared of deep water ) or you can go bit further looking for fish 🐟🐠🐡

Use good core, also use brain to figure out how to use a pddle🧠

I went for a jog first time in a long time this morning and I totally forgot about how good it is to wake up early to do exercise first thing in the morning!!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING in October💪

My name is Mai, I am a personal trainer based in Pyrmont.

I am wondering how many of you are interested in small group training in October?🤔

It will be.....
✅Wednesdays and Fridays
✅7.30am-8.20am(50min)
✅at Pirrama Park
✅$20 per session
✅4 participants Max till vaccination rate hits 80%
✅Body weight only(no equipment)
✅You must be fully vaccinated

🔅Booking necessary(first 4 booked participants get a spot)
🔅Sessions will be cancelled if it rains
🔅15hours before cancellation policy applies

PM me or comment below if you are interested🙂 If more than 4 people are interested, this small group training starts from next Wednesday!!

Please note that situations have been changing around me in this situation, I can only commit to small group training in October for now.

Tonight's dinner....is from cucino lo!! Thank you so much Francesco and Irene for delicious dinner!!! Every dish was perfect, we enjoyed everything! Including decorating the dessert 💛 That was a perfect opportunity to try out quality food for the kids!

Finally, we went to Dawn Fraser Baths within 5km radius from and had a quick swim 🏊‍♀️ The water was still cold, but so refreshing! It was almost too cold for my kids but they still enjoyed watching small fish and jellyfish in the water🐟
And fortunately free entry to Dawn Fraser Baths has been extended until the end of September. All visits will be limited to 1 hour and no bookings are required.

After quick swim, we went to Elkington Park right next to the pool, looking at water, had lunch and extra run around time for the kids! ✅ 🙌

Enjoyed our day 🌞

Hi Pyrmont Locals,

Hope you all are doing well during this lockdown/school holidays :)

My kids just went for kayaking with their dad and had an amazing experience! We had this three seater kayak for a while but would never thought we would kayak in (especially with kids)!

This is one of the things that we can do during lockdown in Pyrmont 😊 If kayaking is on your check list and have not done it yet, highly recommend before everything is opening up again!!🚣🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️
