Reaching out to any interested Tough Runners to join our new Gladesville Community Run Crew to train for SPARTAN Event on March 22-23, at the HUNTER VALLEY!
Every Tuesday starting 28th January at 4.30pm our k43 Run Crew will start training for kids - teens - adults.

k43 Training Centre in Gladesville is an affiliated club of Obstacles Australia, the National Federation affiliated with SPARTAN, True Grit, YOKHA, DEKA, HYROX and Modern Pentathlon Australia!!
Triple Gold Medalist at the SPARTAN Asia-Pacific 2024 event, Max Kulsani will be our trainer for Friday sessions!

KIDS SPARTAN - 4yrs to 14yrs
SPARTAN TRIAL - 15+ to Open Age divisions
