Our Story

Futsal Institute has something for every player, from social enjoyment right through to the serious player who is wanting to pursue pathway development with the ambition of taking their game to the highest level.

We offer: Little Futsal Stars (pre-school foundational skill program 2-5years) Academy Phase Training (establishing solid foundational ball skills, creativity, fast feet and solid game play knowledge. 5 years plus) Elite Training (this system is for the serious player who is looking for the definitive edge. A higher intensity training that takes skill, control and creative flair to the next level. Many of our players are in SAP and NPL clubs and have the ambition to achieve.

Steven Luburic is the founder of Futsal Institute and is highly regarded in the football world. Steven has had involvement as a player and coach in excess of 30 years. There are many players in the A League and internationally that have played alongside and under Steven’s directives as coach and mentor. Passion for the game and the individual players success is what drove the unveiling of Futsal Institute in 2014. Offering training, games, tournaments and overseas tours and pathways, your player is in experienced hands with our team. In 2019 we are unveiling our new training facility that will lead the way in player progression by offering both futal and football pitches in the 1 venue. We know that to develop a player that can match the standards of overseas clubs, a player needs to be dynamic, creative and skilful. The best way to achieve this is through futsal marrying with football. Steven has had international coaches commend him on the skill and game level of the players we have taken abroad as they have by far exceeded the expectation of clubs like Valencia, Fulham and Dinamo Zagreb.
