We are hiring Casual Strength and Conditioning Coaches!

Our programs have expanded rapidly and we are in the need of some up and coming superstar coaches to join our team.

If you have a passion for developing Junior and Emerging level athletes (10-18 years old) we want you!

As part of our expanding team we will continue your coaching development with support in ASCA Accreditations, weekly Professional Development and coaching opportunities in professional and semi professional sports with one of our partner teams (Adelaide 36ers, Adelaide Giants, North Adelaide Football Club and Darren Lehman Cricket Academy)

Come for a behind the scenes look at our Speed Sessions with Emerging Football Athlete Della

Speed is foundational to being a high level athlete so it must be trained early and often in an athlete’s career!

We recommend for our Emerging Athletes in season hitting Atleast 1 Speed Sessions/week…

And in the Off-Season we recommend bumping that up to 2-3 sessions dividing up the Acceleration, Max Velocity and Agility focuses each session.

Is exactly that… Long Term

We are blessed to have watched many athletes develop from young sport lovers into senior athletes!

One example is Annie, starting with us back in 2021 as a young Basketball athlete looking to get an edge!

To now developing into a strong NBL1 athlete and playing football aswell!

A reminder that when developing junior athletes nothing happens over night but if you are consistent and have a plan you can make life changing progress and have fun while doing it!

Almost at the halfway point of the season for a lot of our athletes…

We love seeing the progression of our athletes week to week but now is a good opportunity look back on the pre-season and first half of the season and see truely how far everyone has come!

We have had athletes compete and win at National and State Level Competitions…

Athletes set new PBs

And Athletes run again for the first time after injury!

All a testament to their dedication and constant progression!

Now onwards to the back half of the season!

Being able to look across the gym and see an idol of theirs training starts to build belief that they too can chase their dreams.

Thats what happened for Junior Athlete Maci…

Seeing one of her idols in the gym had her motivated to work harder.

We thought it was only right to get her a signed jersey as recognition for her hard work and keep the fire burning to chase her own dreams!

But not for a typical “sales role”.

At Threshold Performance, we work with serious athletes chasing elite outcomes.

We already generate the leads.

Now we need someone to take ownership of the pipeline and make sure those athletes actually show up.

This role is simple but not easy:
👉 Call and follow up every lead
👉 Book them into assessments
👉 Make sure they attend

Junior Testing Week!

Only halfway through the week and we have seen some incredible results!

Whether it’s adding 10% on their vertical jump or going from 0 body weight pushups to doing 5 in the space of 1 block of training, all our junior athletes keep impressing everyone!

Every phase of training for our juniors is planned out with key metrics and levels for each athlete to tick off before moving up!

This makes training feel like a game and mind blowing improvements just come naturally!
