Dumbbells workout Pilates Style:

1 minute of each exercise with 30 seconds rest between each exercise (keep that heart rate going!!!!)

Circuit 1

1. Squat DB
2. Squat jumps with DB
3. Squat biceps curl
4. 10 squat pulses & 10 inner thigh pulses

Drink break for 1 min

Circuit 2
1. Pushups
2. Plank triceps
3. Straight leg crunches
4. Double leg stretch

Drink break for 1 min

Lack of sleep can lead to low energy levels, poor concentration, mood swings, forgetfulness and health problems.

Here are a few tips to beat sleep deprivation :

- Sleep when baby sleeps: every minute of shut eye counts.
- Ask your partner, parents or someone you trust to watch baby so you can have a nap.
- Eat well and avoid junk food: Healthy eating can boost energy levels and prevent you from experiencing the crash from high sugar foods.
- Exercise: increases endorphins and makes you feel more energetic.

Don’t worry this phase won’t last forever I promise 😉
