Queensland’s brand-new $200 Play On! Sports Voucher program is now open – and it’s all about helping more kids get active, stay healthy, and be part of their local sporting community.

Whether you're a family, a club, an activity provider or a referral agent — there’s something for everyone in the Play On! Sports Vouchers program.

Families — apply now!

Parents and carers of eligible children aged 5–17 can now apply for a $200 voucher.
Make sure you have:
• An Enquire account
• Your child’s Medicare card
• A valid Health Care Card (HCC) or Pensioner Concession Card (PCC) if applicable

Great day at the Proserpine JDS doubles tournament today, even the cyclonic winds couldn’t stop some great action! Congrats to the green ball winners - tomorrow is the top division deciders 🎾🎾

There were some excellent games of tennis on Sunday at our Club Championships. The players braved the hot weather but there was enough cloud cover to make it a good day. For many, these were their first competitive games, and it was great to see the wonderful sportsmanship and some terrific tennis.
It was lovely to see so many parents and grandparents at the club supporting their little (and not so little) players. Well done to all players!

Round 11 for Fair Play Vouchers is now open! Proserpine District Lawn Tennis Association is a registered provider. $200 can be used towards sport and active membership - this is open to all families with children aged between 5-17 who have not yet applied for a FPV for the calendar year!

Using your voucher
Step 1 – print or email your voucher
After your application is approved, you can download, print or email your voucher:

Log in to your Enquire account.
Under the Vouchers heading, find the relevant voucher. You can filter vouchers (search for a specific voucher) by typing the child/young person’s name.
Select Download on the right-hand side.
Open the voucher.
Hover your mouse over the pdf, right click and select Print.
To email your voucher, right click, Save As to your computer and then attach it to your email.
Step 2 – give the provider your voucher
Present or email the voucher to the activity provider when you register your child. The voucher must be used before the expiry date.

Vouchers can go towards membership, coaching and participation events.

Families can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child to pay membership, registration or participation fees with activity providers.
