With the new sessions launching this week and knowing that at the end of Feb we will be jumping into our 6 week Unstoppable Series Iβve decided to start early to set up my healthier eating habits.
More info to come regarding the unstoppable series however if hypothetically speaking there was a LIFESTYLE or ULTIMATE nutrition option Iβll be all in for the ULTIMATE!!!!

Baked Cauliflower (prep extra)
Steamed sweet potato (prep extra)
X2 Falafel balls (oven baked)
Asparagus (pan grilled)
Slice of avocado
Paprika and lemon juice to season
