KW2F CHALLENGE IS BACK!!!

Everyone welcome 6 week “coming out of Iso challenge”. These challenges are bigger and better than ever before!! Iso has been tough on everyone in all sorts of ways but especially when it comes to motivation with training. These programs are designed to push and motivated you, get you feeling confident when everything opens up and you can go gym again. Challenges will be done 1-1 due to Covid restrictions. Two different options on website ( one or two challenges a week over 6weeks) each Challenge Is longer than before by an extra 5minutes (25mins)

This is my quarantine body, yes I have maintained great shape but for me it’s not my best. Yes I have Ate a Lot of fatty food a.k.a. donuts, pizza, McDonald’s, fish and chips, cookies, potato chips, lollies etc. You’re probably thinking F #%$ you Kaine. The thing is I treat myself and then I work even harder, no one’s diet it’s gonna be perfect during this time and yes there are gonna be people that still stay fit, don’t hate on them use them as motivation. Set 1-2 hours a day, to workout and go for a long walk.
As everyone knows now there is a lot of workouts on social media that you can do at home and yes it’s hard to motivate yourself not being at a gym. You will have ups and downs.
But like I always say if you really want something you have to go for it! The only person stopping you from working out, is yourself. So stop complaining, get off your butt and start training 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Getting into fitness can be very difficult but once you’re in a rhythm it gets easier. Then just like everything it gets harder To continue that motivation as you’re trying to maintain where you’re at once you get the body that you want. You have to just keep trying to challenge yourself, try different things, mix things up even take a break for a week. Once you regularly do something for too long your drive does go but it’s having those little breaks or trying something new/different that will help you get that drive back.
