Im a little behind in my stars but must acknowledge this FitFun babe Jo Jo as the STAR of MAY 💜

Jo is legend at FitFun- always putting in the work 💪 she runs class when I away- with better handwriting ive been told 😉 she is one of the most active 70 year olds I know! Coaching rep netball, walking, riding & FitFun classes!

CONGRATULATIONS Antoinette & Amy both deserving babes for our challenge stars!

🏆 Antoinette lost 800g overall weight including 2.2cm of her abdomen! She GAINED 400g of muscle & LOST 1.3% body fat. This babe has lifted heavy & strong . She looked at her food & increased her protein. She still lived a full life eating out & having a glass or 2! ❤️ so proud of you Antoinette- you really are a joy to train!

🏆 Amy has lost 17.8cm overall including 3.7cm of her abdomen & 3.1cm off her hips. She LOST 5.1kg overall weight & 2.9% of this body fat! This babe has great form & is that strong im excited to see what she can deadlift & sqaut in the future 🙌 this babe enjoyed nights out & still has great results ❤️ Love this for you Amy & so love you on the FitFun team!

Today we treated ourselves to a sunrise breathwork & icebath experience with & it was an experience you must do- 1 we have already rebooked.

From pink skies, to breathwork ( im always thinking & 35mins of breathwork went by with no thoughts other than my breath!!) , to opening our eyes to the sun rising. Filling up the ice bath, taking our turns, encouraging each other in the icy water, to jumping in the ocean & finishing with a coffee...

IT WAS EPIC. So proud of my beautiful babes for allowing themselves to believe - that many babes said i can only do 30sec but did the full 3mins! I see you babes & so proud of you, of us!

Stronger together 🫶
