Have you ever tried preacher bicep curls with cables? 🔥

This is my go-to for a reason — and it's not just about the pump.

Heavy barbells put your biceps tendon at serious risk, especially at full extension where the load is at its heaviest.

Cables deliver consistent resistance throughout the entire movement.
With barbell preacher curls, the resistance basically stops once the weight passes your elbows — meaning you're missing out on that top squeeze that actually builds your peaks. 🏔️

More time under tension. More gains. Simple.
Two things to lock in your form:

✅ Keep your arms on the pad at all times
✅ Keep them parallel throughout the movement

💪 Technique Tuesday

Today’s focus: Bicep Curl Technique 👇

👉 Wrist facing out = works the inner bicep
👉 Wrist facing in = hits the outer bicep + peak

For maximum isolation:
💥 Use concentration curls — standing with one foot on the bench, or seated with your elbow braced against your leg.

Dial in your technique and watch your biceps grow the right way 🔥

Bad form vs Good form on the seated row 🎯
Small changes = Massive difference.

❌ Bad Form:
– Shoulders rolling forward and up
– Slouched posture
– Pulling with your arms instead of your back

✔️ Good Form:
– Chin back and slightly down
– Upright, strong posture
– Shoulder blades back and down
– Driving through lats, traps & rhomboids

Train smart, not sloppy. Your back will thank you. 💪🔥
