Breathe in the calm, exhale the chaos. Take a moment to center yourself with this simple breath exercise. 🧘🏽‍♀️

•Equal Breathing: Inhale for a count of four, exhale for a count of four.

•Belly Breathing: Place one hand on your belly and the other on your chest. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your belly rise, then exhale through your mouth, feeling your belly fall.

•4-7-8 Breathing: Inhale through your nose for a count of four, hold your breath for a count of seven, then exhale through your mouth for a count of eight.

•Alternate Nostril Breathing: Close your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale through your left nostril. Close your left nostril with your right index finger, release your thumb, and exhale through your right nostril. Inhale through your right nostril, close it with your thumb, release your index finger, and exhale through your left nostril. Repeat.

•Lion's Breath: Inhale deeply through your nose, then exhale forcefully through your mouth while sticking out your tongue and making a "ha" sound.

•Progressive Relaxation: Inhale deeply and tense all the muscles in your body, then exhale and release the tension. Repeat, focusing on different muscle groups each time.
