Hello…. It’s been a while 😉
No land speed records, but I’ve been slowly getting back out there.
Although there will be no long runs, it’s nice to get a few kms done.

It’s been a long time since I have posted, sadly running long distances is unachievable for me now, but it’s a timely reminder that we all need to look after ourselves.
So after both my Parents passed away due to Heart Disease, and myself getting closer to the half century, I decided to have some checks.
Heart health is important, as we can all lose a kidney and survive, can’t do so with your heart. ❤️
Be Smart, Be like Mick_Runs and get yourself looked over and then smell the roses confidently you can live another day. ❤️❤️❤️

Although my running has stopped, it was this run last year ‘The Lumberjack 50km’ that was my last competitive run.
It was great to be out there as a for the Warby Trail Fest.
