✔️ Full Round (recommended for the best results) – $165

3 Years of K.Essence Fitness Studio 💚

Three years ago I backed myself, took the plunge and opened my own studio.

After 8+ years working in another fitness venue, I knew it was time to create something of my own — a space that felt real, supportive, welcoming and built on so much more than just training.

And wow… what a ride it has been.

Some days are hard. Juggling my day job, family, my own fitness goals, study, business life and perimenopause has definitely tested me — but I can honestly say I have never once regretted the decision.

This studio has become more than I ever imagined.

It’s a place for all kinds of people.
A place to feel safe.
A place to get stronger.
A place to be challenged, supported, seen and believed in.
A place where people walk in unsure… and leave a little more confident.

To every person who has walked through my doors — thank you.
To my OGs who have been here from the beginning — you’ll never know how much that means.
Thank you for trusting me, backing me and allowing me to be part of your journey.

In these 3 years I’ve achieved things I once questioned if I could — my first marathon, HYROX, half marathons, becoming a qualified Nutritionist… all while navigating the messy, challenging, emotional side of perimenopause.

So here’s your reminder:

Don’t ever count yourself out. You are capable of becoming someone you haven’t even met yet.

Health and fitness isn’t just about what you eat or how you train. It’s also about who you spend your time with.

Surround yourself with people who encourage you, support your goals, celebrate your wins and pick you up when things don’t go to plan. The right people make it easier to stay consistent, believe in yourself and keep moving forward.

On the flip side, constantly being around negativity, drama, selfish behaviour or people who drain your energy can impact your mindset more than you realise.

Protect your energy.
Choose your tribe wisely.
Spend more time with people who inspire growth, not those who hold you back.

Because a healthy life is about more than exercise and nutrition—it’s also about the company you keep. 💚

WHY IS IT CALLED “BOOTCAMP”? 🤔💪

8 years ago I started a small outdoor summer session. Back then the word “Bootcamp” was extremely popular in the fitness industry, so because we were training outside in a group environment — the name just stuck.

What started as a summer idea quickly grew into something much bigger. People wanted to continue through winter, so I hired a venue… and the community has continued to grow ever since ❤️

When people hear the word “bootcamp” they often think:
🚫 being screamed at
🚫 punishment workouts
🚫 military-style training
🚫 not being fit enough to join

That’s old-school bootcamp.

What we do at K.Essence Fitness is very different.

Yes, we work hard — but my sessions are built around:
✔️ proper programming
✔️ technique & safety
✔️ strength and conditioning with purpose
✔️ options for all fitness levels
✔️ building confidence, not breaking people down

With over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer, along with many other strength, technique and fitness certifications, my focus has always been helping people train smarter — not just harder.

I’ve trained many males over the years too, from beginners through to experienced lifters wanting structure, accountability and proper coaching.

My sessions aren’t about ego. They’re about education, support, consistency and creating an environment where people actually WANT to show up.

The name may still be Bootcamp… but the experience is so much more than that ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible women who continue to show up — even on the hard days 🤍

To the mums juggling work, kids, emotions, exhaustion, relationships, mental load… and still finding time to move their body, fuel themselves better, and grow stronger — that matters more than you know.

Because when you put yourself first sometimes, you’re not being selfish…
You’re showing your children the importance of self respect, health, boundaries, confidence and taking care of yourself too.

Mother’s Day isn’t just about flowers and gifts.
It’s about recognising the women who hold so much together behind the scenes.
The ones who keep going.
The ones who love deeply.
The ones trying their best every single day.

And to the women who find Mother’s Day hard for any reason — I see you too 🤍

I’ve been nutrition coach for the past 7 years, and now I’ve backed it with formal education to level up what I can offer.

Super excited for what’s coming next — I’ll be doing an official launch later this year (and there’s some exciting things in the pipeline 👀)

You’re not seeing results… or are you just looking in the wrong place?

The scales are ONE form of progress — not the only one.
