Last night, I was incredibly honoured to receive a Service Excellence Award within our local community.
Running a small business in the fitness industry is something I’m deeply passionate about, but it also comes with its fair share of highs and lows. Early mornings, late nights, constantly wearing multiple hats, showing up for others even when your own cup feels empty, and the pressure of wanting to give your clients the very best every single day.
But then there are the moments that remind you exactly why you do it.
The clients who trust you with their health and wellbeing. The messages saying you’ve helped someone feel stronger, happier, or more confident. The friendships built within the community. The support from people who continue to show up, believe in you, and back your business year after year.
Receiving this award means so much because it represents more than just customer service — it represents connection, care, consistency, and community.
To my beautiful clients, supporters, family, and everyone who has recommended, shared, attended a session, or simply cheered me on along the way… thank you. Your loyalty and support genuinely mean the world to me, and none of this would be possible without you.
