Port Vincent Sailing Club

Port Vincent Sailing Club Port Vincent Sailing Club is an active great, family-oriented club on Australia's best flat water bay Any yacht or interested person is welcome.

We sail every Sunday afternoon from October to April on what we consider to be one of the best flat water sailing venues in Australia. After the race is finished, we retire to the club room to recount the afternoon's action and enjoy a quiet drink and watch the sun go down over the bay. Our fleet consists of almost anything that has a mast and floats. From single-handed dinghies to a 35-foot keelb

oat to multi-hulls. Visitors are always welcome. Turn up and introduce yourself around 1300 hours if you would like a ride on a yacht or a quiet drink in the afternoon. We regularly run learn-to-sail events for different ages. Let us know if you are interested.

Amazing weather on Sunday for our final outing for the 25/26 season, our Memorial Race- a time to remember our passed club members.
Well done to Commodore, Max Young, on his win in the Mozzies, while former Commodore, Alan Rushbrook came through with a narrow win in the trailable division.

We hope to see all members at our Presentation Dinner (stay tuned for details) next month.Port Vincent Sailing Club@

On Sunday 21st, in conjunction with our annual Xmas pooled tea, Commodore, Max Young, in conjunction with committee member, Kathy Hackett, officially opened our latest project; our new female amenity bloc.
A huge thank you must go to Steven from Horn Construction for overseeing and masterminding the project. Further immense thanks go to our incredible committee and club members who supported the project by donations, in-kind labour and ongoing club support that made this possible!

We hope that our wonderful visitors will enjoy this at our up-coming ‘G-Wizz Yachting’ Port Vincent Open classic on the January long weekend!
