We’re really sorry but we have to cancel this morning’s session. Our car battery died and while we managed to get a lift to the 630am session, unfortunately we couldn’t bring the weights with us — they just wouldn’t fit in anyone’s car.

Each session was filled with motivation, personalised coaching, and plenty of support—ensuring everyone from seasoned regulars to first-timers felt challenged and empowered. Great energy, great vibes, and strong finishes all around!
