As one door closes another door opens. As we say goodbye to coach Jenny we welcome back coach Amy who will be taking over CSOD Roxby Downs.

Thank you so much to all the parents and students for the support and opportunity to teach their beautiful children! I will miss you all so much! I wish you all good luck and encourage you to always keep tumbling, cheering and dancing

I just wanted to share with you all how amazingly confident Gracie is getting with her flying! The wonderful human has gone from just belly level to her teddy bear prep sequence is just 2 weeks! She is an amazing inspiration and I love seeing your confidence grow!! 🎊 Congratulations little Gracie and keep up the amazing work!

Attention!!!

Lets have some fun!

Even though there is a lot going on around you all I want you all to just take a deep breath go under the wave and come out on the other side!

Think about what you love and enjoy and express yourself!!

Here is a video challenge you can all try!! I want you to take this video and make it your own! Show me how crazy lock down can make you, show me how much you miss dance and cheer! EXPRESS YOURSELF!! :D
