We can try and turn our backs on thinking none of this really affects us... that these things are just a 'once of' consumption for our bodies.

Yet, our body is ALWAYS keeping score.. What we consume physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually manifests one way or another within us....be it through constant headaches, heavy periods, bowel issues, eczema, acne break outs, back pain, cold sores, sinusitis, depression, anxiety...

This has been such an eye opening and beautiful experience, to see such a transformation in my first clients healing has been incredible.

I seen this patient 3 times, an initial and 2 follow ups, it was a delight to hear the shifts each time we spoke.

Since this Initial client, I have seen 2 more patients. for one of them In 4 weeks there have been little shifts, and after a follow up and more insight I feel we will be shifting towards a different remedy and the other was a darling child whom I will be following up with in a couple weeks time.

I have really enjoyed every moment I have had a patient sit with me, their willingness to be open and allow homeopathy into their lives.

Nearly 1 whole year into full time Homeopathy study and I can't get enough... Looking forward to the next 12 months on studying, the future 7 patients I take on for student client, providing homeopathy to the community and supporting families to heal within the home.

In Homeopathy this is a process that indicates your body is making progression in your healing journey.

How does it identify? When finding the most suitable homeopathic remedy your body may show the following indications that it is healing…

From within to outward.

Healing starts within the body, internally and moves outward toward the skin and extremities. This suggests that vital organs heal first, followed by symptoms appearing on the surface of the body as the healing progresses. For example asthma may improve yet you may have eczema return.

From new to old.

New symptoms may heal quicker in order to make way for symptoms from the past to come forward and be healed (anything that has been previously suppressed). For example if you went on the birth control pill to manage your acne, it would be very likely your acne will return.

From above downward.

Symptoms begin from the upper parts of the body and move to the lower parts. For instance your the body is going to expel disease from vital areas such as the head first to less vital areas like the knees.

From more important organs to less important organs.

Vital organs like the heart, brain, lungs will heal before less critical areas like the skin.

The healing process ensures the most crucial functions of the body are restored first.

What this means when using a homeopathic remedy is that;

A rash (external) may appear as your asthma (internal) improves.

You may mentally feel better before your physical symptoms are healed.

Renowned for its natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, Arnica is commonly used for muscle soreness, joint stiffness, swelling from injuries and bruising.

Arnica is generally recommended following physical trauma, labour and delivery, surgery, dental procedures or strenuous exercise, as it promotes the natural healing process of the body.

Personally I have used this often for the kids (the boys in particular) when they have hit their heads on something, fallen, or just recently when William broke his arm, it was the first pain reliefs i reached for.

Rather than you disclosing information about the arthritis in your hands (for example) in a 10 minute appointment and being prescribed a medication that will suppress those symptoms you’ve mentioned..

In homeopathy we become detectives.. we want to know about you as a whole person so we can offer you a remedy which allows your body to use its innate knowing on how to heal itself…

Initial appointments are any where from 60 - 90 minutes, where together yes we focus on your main complaint but we also zoom out and look at the bigger picture… establishing a timeline of your life and health throughout…
