What a night of baseball!!

Seven heaven wasn’t to be for our majors squad, getting pipped at the post by Panthers Baseball Club in the tenth inning

A very high standard of baseball with minimal errors, and a pitching duel, seen Panthers out last out our boys by two runs thanks to a Bradley Joyce shot with a runner on.

Our batting line up was well held by the Panthers battery, and they were also very solid in the field.

Congratulations goes to the Panthers baseball club who won their first premiership since 2009

We didn’t go home empty handed though!!

The kids of the club ( and a sprinkling of very old people) managed to over come the league leaders, Cats Baseball club in a tight Affair.

With Trey Luteria and Beau Bridley holding down the pitching duties, we were able to hold out Cats taking the premiership 8 to 6

The pair only gave up one hit over five innings of work to show composure well beyond their years

We shared around the hits with six people all collecting one hit

The game was closed out with a Beau Bridley strike out.
one of the highlights in the last inning was a running catch to Jackson Edwards that would have allowed two more runs to score and tie up the game.

Trey Luteria was adjudged the Trevor Marsland medalist with his tireless efforts on the bump.

The majors were were well represented in the team of the year with Jaikob Mathews, Noah Mathews, Jarrad White, and Caleb Thornton all making team of the year.

Jaikob Mathews also took out the Rice medalist for the best player during the year.

It wasn’t our night in the majors, but with still the youngest team in both the majors and minors the club will not take long to bounce back

Special thanks goes to Shannon Edwards and Nathan Lynch for doing the lion share of the coaching through out the year.

Also Melissa Mathews for scoring the final and most of the minor round games.

Also shout out to Tully Mcculloch and Mark Bridley helping out on the bar!

And thanks to the faithful fans, be it parents, friends or past players that continue to support us

The Tigers baseball club are proud of our teams efforts through out the year and will continue to show faith in our juniors in the coming years!!

It’s on again this Friday night!

The minors won through to grandfinal last Friday night, while our majors finished on top earning direct qualification.

This years results had been the closest in years and sets up two very close grand finals

Our minors are either well under 18, or well over 45, which makes for entertaining games.
We will play reigning premiers Cats, who have been the measuring stick all year

The majors have been building all year and have worked into some form.
We will meet Panthers, who had a come from behind win against Cats to qualify for the grand final.

The Tigers baseball club would love to see all past players, members and supporters out there supporting the club as we look to climb to the top once again

Good luck to all teams and officials.

⚫️🟡⚫️🟡And that’s six🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅

Congratulations to the majors side running out winners over panthers.

A strong batting performance and on the back of jaikob mathews throwing nine complete innings giving up 5 hits amd one run.

A home run to caleb thornton put the cherry on top later in the game but strong running and great defence was a highlight of the game!

Congratulations to cats baseball club who defeated tigers black in a awesome display of batting

Congratulations to all award winners!
