Adult gymnastics is a fitness program run by the Port Pirie Regional Gymnastics Academy for woman over the age of 16 years. In this class we use gymnastics to get fit, strong and flexiable while having fun in a safe and secure environment. We use strength training to condition our bodies and learn basic skills on each apparatus ( Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor). We train for 2 hours every Tuesday nig

Drop the kids to school and come along and spend one hour working on yourself. These classes are kept small for a more intimate workout session with fun warm up's, stretching and strength sessions focusing on upper, mid and lower body strength for all levels of fitness and abilities. Strength sessions consists of circuits, interval, Barre strength sessions followed by a variety of flexibility programs to stretch us out to finish our week. Pyjama week is coming to Port Pirie Regional Gymnastics Academy!! Week 7 is wear your PJ's to gym week. We are continuing to raise money for our new Speith Springboard!! Please bring a gold coin donation to your session and please remember to wear something that is appropriate to train in. Those who train multiple nights are welcome to wear their PJ's all week!! Adult Gymnastics has returned for term 2 this week! Never too old to start something new. This week for Tuesday Adult gym we did some Bar work and Beam work along with Handstand training, strength and shoulder Flexibility. Friday's conditioning class this morning was a full body circuit with a full body flexibility routine to finish the session. Inbox if you are interested in coming in and trying it out.
