We’re looking for an experienced **Venue Manager** to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of The Alley and lead a great team in delivering memorable customer experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, solving problems and driving results.
You’ll be responsible for the overall operation of the venue, including team leadership, customer experience, labour and cost management, venue presentation, events, safety and helping grow the business.
