Meet Alex 👋

Background:
🦴 Osteopath by trade, coach by passion. Alex brings an expert eye for movement, technique and getting the absolute best out of every rep.

Pros:
✅ Will correct your technique before you even know it needs correcting.
✅ Has an incredible ability to make any exercise just that little bit harder (whether you asked for it or not!).

Cons:
❌ If you’re hoping for an easy session… don’t stand near Alex.

Favourite exercises:
🔥 Burpees
🔥 Bulgarian split squats
🔥 Anything that pushes you into Zone 5

Superpower:
💥 Mum to three boys, so there’s not much that scares her. Chaos? She calls that a warm-up.

At FB Fitness:
Alex is all about helping you move better, get stronger, and realise you’re capable of more than you think. She’ll perfect your technique, push you when you need it, and somehow convince you that another round is a good idea. 💪
