Pedrick and I have been talking and planning to collaborate on the backs of envelopes since Andy, Evie and I moved to Australia seven years ago.

It is great to share that Claire, the fab team at 3D3D Coachingnd I finally pulled it off! Plus we have one more coming soon (more info on that one to follow!).

We have produced a podcast mini-series that explores at the intersection of .
Each episode focuses on one leadership quality in-depth and explores it with someone living and breathing that quality every day.

Guests are not people who babble or write on socials with no lived experience - our guests are folks who are 'in the arena' doing that thing with all the highs and lows that come with it.

This project was a new experience for me, so any clunkiness is definitely on me - not them!

It meant loads to me (and hopefully to others) that you trusted me with your stories and insights. It felt like chatting with a bunch of people I love and admire (which it totally was!).

One Balls founder Kamal Ibrahim on the 3D coaching mini series. What a delight to learn from kamal - give it a listen!

New podcast series | In the Arena | Adapting

Kamal Ibrahim migrated from Ethiopia with his family in 2003 at theage of 12 to escape civil war.

Kamal has since combined his love of soccer and his experiences of moving countries into a not for profit program called One Ball–that supports children and young people with their physical and mental health through sport.

Kamal will be sharing the highs and lows of his journey and how being adaptable has served him well, the importance of this quality for our young people and how he integrates transformational coaching conversations into his work as a soccer coach.
