MY STORY AND WHY I HELP NDIS & ANXIETY SUFFERER'S
Fitness changed my life, and that's why I'm so passionate about helping others experience the same.
When I was 18 months old, I was diagnosed with epilepsy caused by a brain tumour and underwent three brain surgeries growing up. As I got older, I also struggled with social anxiety, which made everyday situations feel overwhelming.
I know what it's like to feel limited by something you didn't choose.
But fitness gave me more than strength it gave me confidence, purpose, resilience, and belief in myself.
That's why I coach people living with anxiety and NDIS-funded disabilities.
Because I've seen how exercise can do so much more than improve your fitness. It can help you build confidence, become more independent, reduce anxiety, improve your mental wellbeing, and show you that you're capable of far more than you think.
My goal isn't just to help you get fitter.
It's to help you believe in yourself, overcome the obstacles holding you back, and build a life where your diagnosis or anxiety no longer defines what you can achieve.
Everyone deserves the chance to feel strong, capable, and confident and l'd love to help you discover that too.
