The other weekend we were privileged to have Paul Mystakidis from Southern Cross Jiu Jitsu make the journey up North to show us some great techniques. Paul is an awesome teacher, very detailed and patient with his instruction.

After the seminar he was kind enough to roll with everyone and show us why he's SCJJA's first Black Belt. From all the members of PMBJJ who attended, we want to extend our thanks to Paul, and can't wait to get him back on the mat with us soon!

The new timetable is up! We're currently waiting on a back order of uniforms, so until further notice most of the classes will be no-gi (shorts and t-shirts). The exception is the "Gi" classes, as I know there are a few of you who already own one. We're also looking at times and days for midday classes for those of you who can't make the evening sessions. Any questions, feel free to give us a call.

We should get the keys to the new gym on Thursday morning and if all goes to plan the mats should be down and ready for out first training session Thursday night at 6pm!

The first class will be 1.5 hours of technique and drills, with half an hour rolling session to finish up, so bring your Gi's if you've got them (otherwise board shorts and a t-shirt will suffice)

Friday night will be at the same time, but will be a completely no-gi session.

The new class timetable will take affect on Monday, and should be up by the end of the week.
