Nourish: Yin + Reiki is a deeply restorative and heart-centered experience designed to support softening, replenishment, and inner connection. Through long-held Yin Yoga postures, the body is gently guided into stillness, inviting the nervous system to unwind and the heart to open.

As you rest in each posture, gentle Reiki energy healing will be offered, creating a subtle yet powerful field of support — encouraging energetic balance, deep restoration, and a return to your natural state of wholeness.

This is an opportunity to slow down, to receive, and to honour the sacred rhythm of rest. To be held in stillness. To soften into presence.

You don't need to be a Mother to attend, everyone is welcome to come be nourished, supported, and let your body and mind slow down
