I would like to say a big thank you to all of our customers over the last 20 years. And an even bigger thank you for your support in the last three.

It is with much regret that I announce that I have decided to close Tilda Hosting. Without Lincoln’s expertise I am finding it difficult to support you all to the high level you are all used to. Especially now that I am working full time elsewhere.

In the coming days, I will make contact with each of you via email to facilitate your move to a new web host and for some, to organise a refund.

Again thank you. It means a lot to the kids and I.

Ok, we should be back up and running. Please check that your website is up and your emails are working. If not, please message me. I will be checking everyone’s account myself to make sure no one was missed.

Hi everyone

Latest update is that I’m told to be patient and to check back in a few hours. My patience is non existent at this point so I have been constantly in and out of chat since this whole debacle started. After 20 years with them as a reseller, I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service being received and I’ve already found another company to move the server to.

I will be giving everyone a month free hosting automatically as an apology. If you would like to move your hosting elsewhere, please let me know so I can help.

Again, I am so very sorry this has happened. I still don’t have a clear answer as to why this happened but I’m not giving up until I find out why and get everyone back online.

Ok, if everyone could check their websites and emails then message me if you are still having issues? I will be forever grateful. Tomorrow I’ll start the process of moving us all across to an Australian based hosting wholesaler.

Hi everyone, I’m still working trying to get us back online. As soon as it’s back up, I’ll be moving us to a new hosting service. First time in 20 years that we’ve ever had this issue.

Just wanted to let you know that we lost Lincoln to a heart attack on Wednesday night. The kids and I are devastated.
