UPDATE | HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM TRIALS

Basketball NSW would like to share that our 2021 High Performance Program Trials have had to be adjusted for some venues and dates.

A few very informative reads about early specialisation in sport. Although this is American based, we can draw on it for kids here in Australia.
Yes, there are individual exceptions and our sporting system is much different here in Australia but we need to start looking at our kids sport in a completely different way.

This information could save your child's athletic future. And in extreme cases, it could prevent possible psychological damage and physical injury as well.
