⚫️⚪️A rare one for us, two home games in a row and this Saturday all four grades line up at Wayne Richards Oval to take on Coffs Harbour Breakers AFNC.

Perfect chance to bring the family down, support the club, grab something from the canteen, and enjoy a big day of local footy. The players love the support and it makes a real difference.

Strong numbers on the track this week and a good feeling around the place. Let’s bring that into Saturday and make the most of another home crowd behind us.

This week we’re proud to highlight one of our newest partners, Graphite Constructions a family‑owned building company now proudly calling Port Macquarie home.

Graphite Constructions are passionate about quality builds, honest work, and supporting the local community, which is why they’ve thrown their support behind the Magpies this season across both our senior club and the Port Macquarie Junior AFL 'Magpies'

Since moving to Port Mac, the family has been heavily involved with the club. Their eldest son now plays U16s, and often joins his dad on site keeping the building and footy connection all in the family.

Under 18s
Port Mac Magpies def. Sawtell
Strong four‑quarter performance from the boys, setting the tone early and finishing the job well. A welcome back to Isaac Luke kicking 3 goals.

Women’s
Sawtell def. Port Mac
The group stuck with Sawtell for most of the game and continue to build each week. Effort and pressure were there all day.

Reserves
Sawtell def. Port Mac
The Ressies were playing catch‑up all afternoon, working hard but unable to close the gap late.

Seniors
Port Mac Magpies def. Sawtell
A huge win capped off by a massive performance from our captain Shane booting 10 goals in a dominant display up forward.

A massive day at Wayne Richards Park this Saturday with all four grades Under 18s, Women’s, Reserves and Seniors taking on Sawtell/Toormina Saints AFL Club running out in front of the black‑and‑white army.

Plenty of energy around the club this week as we hit the midpoint of the season and look to bank four strong performances on our home deck.

Let’s get loud, and make home ground advantage count.

A huge result for the Magpies in this year’s representative squads.

7 Senior Men, plus 6 Emerging Magpies from our Under 18s named in the 30‑man squad — with 24 players running out at Wayne Richards Park.

Our women’s program is strongly represented too, with 14 players selected in the 31‑player squad.

Congratulations to Louisa Bahen‑Wright (Women’s Assistant Coach) and Dirk Sheldon (Men’s Assistant Coach) on their coaching appointments.

Proud of our players and coaches representing the AFL North Coast and even prouder to host the game at home.

An inaccurate first quarter saw the boys kick 1.6, but the response was exactly what you want — cleaner ball use, better connection forward and a polished finish. The Magpies controlled the match from that point on, running out 104–19 winners.

Matt Lill and Brendan Badenoch finished with 3 goals each in a commanding team performance.
