🥋🔥 WHAT A WAY TO KICK OFF OUR FIRST FAMILY CLASS! 🔥🥋

This afternoon we launched our very first Family Class, and what an awesome session it was! 🙌

Not only did we have our amazing karate parents jumping on the mats alongside their kids, but we also welcomed THREE brand-new parents who decided to give karate a go! 👏🎉

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to you all! 💪🥋 It was fantastic seeing everyone getting stuck in, having fun, challenging yourselves and, most importantly, really enjoying yourselves! ❤️

There were plenty of smiles, plenty of energy and maybe a few tired parents by the end! 😂

We absolutely loved having you all on the mats and can’t wait to see where this family karate journey takes you!

🥋 A huge congratulations to all the students who participated in today’s Toushi-Ryu Ryukyu Kobudo (weapons) grading!
Students were tested on their skills and knowledge across a range of traditional weapons, including the Bo, Jo, Sai, Tonfa, K**a and Nunchaku.
The skill, focus, discipline and dedication displayed by everyone was of the highest level, and it was fantastic to see the hard work and commitment of our students shine through.
Well done to everyone who took part — you should all be extremely proud of your efforts! 👏🥋

Congratulations to all the senior students who participated in today’s senior belt grading and training! 🥋

The day began with a dedicated training session for our instructors, helping ensure that our skills, knowledge and teaching remain strong and consistent across all our Dojos.

This was followed by an excellent senior grading and training session, where our senior students demonstrated their commitment, discipline, technical ability and continued growth.

A huge congratulations to everyone who took part. Your hard work and dedication are a credit to you, your instructors and your Dojo. Well done! 👏🥋Osu

A special mention also goes to Stephanie, one of our amazing Martial Arts Mums, who has decided to join our Cardio Kickboxing Fitness Program. She’ll be getting a great workout in while the kids are training in the Minis Program! 🥊🔥
