Prone back extension.
This works your Erector spinae, Trapezius group and Rhomboid group.

Start.
Lying face down, arms by yourside. If you want a harder workout place hands under your chin.

Finish.
Shoulders and head raised off the floor slightly.
Arms remain by your side off the floor or under your chin.

Remember..... do not excessively arch the back....

Your basic Squat.
Works your Gluteal group, Hamstring group, Quadricep group, Calves, Erector Spinae and Abdominal group.

Start
Feet shoulder width apart
Toes pointed slightly outwards
Weight balanced between feet

Finish
Knees pointed same direction as toes
Knees finish over or above the toes
Thighs parallel to the floor
Trunk and shin parallel
Spine remains in a neutral posture
