Port MacDonnell Bowling Club With a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, Port MacDonnell & District Bowling Club is the place to be. The traditional owners of the area are the Boandik people.

All bowlers, both well-practiced or new to the sport are welcomed, whether it be a social day, corporate event, night owls or competitive bowls. Port MacDonnell & District Bowling Club Inc, founded in 1967, is located in Port MacDonnell SA and is the most southerly town of South Australia, making it only a lazy 5,700 kms to Antarctica and 23 kms to the Victorian Border. This small port is located

28 kms south of Mt Gambier and is home to South Australia’s largest lobster fishing fleet. Port MacDonnell & District Bowling Club is the perfect place for community members to engage while enjoying an activity that promises a lot of fun and enjoyment for any age. We are proud of our many volunteers who help run the club and activities on offer, making it the community gathering place for the most enjoyable lawn bowls experience imaginable.

A fundraiser supporting Fiona Unger’s Swinging with the Stars campaign, with all proceeds going to the Barrie Holmes Memorial Sub Fund (Stand Like Stone Foundation) to help young people access opportunities in sport, including lawn bowls.
