Exciting times ahead

After struggling for numbers for the last few years and with less people playing cricket overall we have decided to amalgamate with the Tod River Cricket Club.
We will now be known as the Tod River South’s Cricket Club and wear black,blue and yellow.
We would like to thank our Life Members, Members, Players, Supporters and Families for their support over the years.
We now look forward to creating more history as the Tod River South’s Cricket Club.
We invite you and look forward to seeing you at our first AGM and contributing to our new club.
Monday August the 7th at the Grand Tasman Hotel 7:30 all welcome.

Great win today by the b grade didn’t go to plan with the bat but we managed to scrape together 115 and when you’ve got runs on the board your in front
Super effort with the ball everyone did their job and bowled super tight without a few dropped catches I’m pretty sure we would’ve been done earlier but what a sweet win that’s up there with some of the best wins I’ve been involved with and I’m so proud of all you lads thanks for your efforts 2 more and we’ll really have a party 🍻🏏

Good afternoon under 12s. Due to a reshuffle of games for this week, we no longer play. Which now makes last week our last game, so we have now finished for the season. Hope you enjoyed yourself this year. We managed to win 4 games this season. Stay tuned for the presentations for the end of season. Hope to see you all there and look forward to next season.

Close game in the colts this week we went down by 16 runs in a good game against Tod river which means we just miss out on the finals but we’ve managed to get 3 wins on the board and have a fun year
Well done to jagger who took 4 wickets and made 18 runs
Caid took 2 wickets and made 29 runs and Oakley had his best innings of the year with 18 opening the batting
I couldn’t be more proud of the way the boys played as a team and looked after each other
We had a big difference in ages but I was really impressed by the way the big boys looked after the little fellas and the way the little fellas stood up and gave it their all every time they went out on the field
It’s been great to see you all improve over the year and you’ve been a great bunch of kids to coach and I look forward to seeing you continue to improve and become even better cricketers in the future

Well we didn’t get the win in the Bgrade today but these 5 young cricketers stood up. We batted out our 40 overs making 143, with still 1 wicket in hand. All them them got a run or 2 with Gabe making 19 NO. They all enjoyed themselves and the club is looking bright with our juniors.
