Base Phase is all about building solid movement foundations, improving fitness, and setting yourself up for the phases ahead.

What we're working on:
โœ… Better overhead strength and stability
โœ… Stronger, more balanced lunges
โœ… Improved running and sprint technique
โœ… Building your aerobic fitness base

What to expect:
๐Ÿƒ Controlled conditioning sessions

With one of the highest attendance records for May, Shona continues to show what consistency and commitment look like. She constantly challenges herself in every session, pushes outside her comfort zone, and puts in the work day after day.

What makes her achievement even more impressive is that she balances her fitness journey alongside a full-time job and raising two young children. Sheโ€™s proof that with the right mindset, you can make your health and fitness a priority no matter how busy life gets.
