UPDATE: The Swimming Enclosure has been re-opened for the weekend with further repairs to be carried out next week.

🚩Please keep clear of any flagged off areas until all repair works are complete.🚩

The Port Lincoln Town Jetty Swimming Enclosure has been temporarily closed to the public today for maintenance of a float that has come loose on one of the northern side pontoons.

For your safety, please stay clear of the area while the gates are closed.

We are working to have the facility re-opened as soon as possible.

Thank you for your cooperation as we keep the facilities safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Good morning friends, Michelle here :)
Jetty pool update...water temperature still sitting pretty stable at 17 degrees and Bev Stephens spotted a juvenile seahorse from above the water this morning. Lots of 11 armed sea stars, crabs, a juvenile nudibranch and so much more 🩵🩵🩵

Every now and then you have a sort of normal-to-busy day and then you open Insta for sh*ts and giggles and you discover that somewhere there’s a person who just took a whole range of ceramic nudibranch works out of the kiln.
I’m always, on some level, searchin’ for an urchin. So it gave me a sq**rt of joy thank you ❤️
