SF101 - Probably the best program I’ve ever written.
Not because it’s flashy or has a heap of fancy s**t in it.
Probably the opposite.
It’s 3 days per week, 5 weeks long, built around big basic lifts, clear progression, and a testing week at the end so you can actually see if you’re getting stronger.
SF101 came from the templates I used to write for members inside Smith’s Fitness.
The goal was simple:
Give people a proper plan to follow, help them stop guessing their way through the gym, and get them stronger without needing to train every day of the week.
It’s for you if you:

No random workouts.
