🪨 Out bush yesterday and this chunky fella was sitting right on the track waiting for a good little bum tap.

A bit too much for me yesterday but a few Deadlifts and some yarns to our resident Strongman Nathan and I reckon I’ll get it next time💪🏻

SF101 - Probably the best program I’ve ever written.

Not because it’s flashy or has a heap of fancy s**t in it.

Probably the opposite.

It’s 3 days per week, 5 weeks long, built around big basic lifts, clear progression, and a testing week at the end so you can actually see if you’re getting stronger.

SF101 came from the templates I used to write for members inside Smith’s Fitness.

The goal was simple:

Give people a proper plan to follow, help them stop guessing their way through the gym, and get them stronger without needing to train every day of the week.

It’s for you if you:

✅ Want to get stronger
✅ Want to start looking like you lift
✅ Can train 3 days per week
✅ Need structure without overcomplicating everything

No random workouts.

No program hopping.

No “what should I train today?” nonsense.

Just a simple, effective strength program that you can run, test, repeat, and keep building from.

You’ll get the PDF version and the mobile app version so you can follow it easily in the gym. (The app itself is actually sick and you're kinda getting that for free)

JARRAHDALE SCRAMBLE 2026

Run Club, but with a bit more chaos.

Teams of 2, 10–15km through Jarrahdale/Serpentine trails, with a few challenges, clues and stitch-ups along the way.

It’s not really a race.
It’s more like Amazing Race meets Sunday trail run meets AJ trying to organise adults in the bush.

All levels welcome. Come for the run, stay for the coffee/feed/beer at Jarrahdale Tavern after.
