The players who make reps next season…

aren’t waiting for pre-season.

They’re building now.

Every year we see it:
Players finish the season → take time off → do a bit here and there…

Then show up next season expecting a different result.

It doesn’t work like that.

If you want to:
• Hit harder
• Run faster between wickets
• Bowl with more intent
• Actually last the full season

A comprehensive two day clinic that mixes theory and practical, to help junior and youth athletes develop SPEED on the field/court.

Speed camp covers all aspects of how to become FAST, it isn’t just some session full of endless sprints…

….which don’t actually develop speed👀

We start on the field helping athletes find shapes and positions that maximise their speed, along with testing with some of the best sport science equipment in the world…

….forget inaccurate cheap testing equipment 🔥

We then move to the gym where athletes learn how to transfer strength and power workouts, into adaptations which make them FAST…

…most gym workouts can actually make athletes slower 👀

Along with lunch and good vibes, each day is topped with TWO workshops from guest speakers touching on topics such as recovery, nutrition and injury prevention…

Representing Rockingham Masters Swimming Club at the 2025 MSA National Championships in Melbourne last week.

These ladies, collectively competed in over 70 events, their hard work and determination paid off, smashing personal bests and bringing home a staggering 43 medals:

A focus during our gym sessions with the Secret Harbour Dockers Football Club seniors teams, has been on power development.

Ensuring we are hitting all aspects of the force-velocity curve, and progressing movements over time.

Our “power development” block during this session was:

5 x landmine squats (heavy)
10 x banded pogos
5 x horizontal jump progressions

Focus on quality of movement before progressing the variation or load 🙌
