We offer Traditional Yoga Classes for those in pursuit of balance & union in all aspects of life, mind, body & soul🌙🌞

Practices include movement (asana), breath control (pranayama), meditation and sound techniques such as mantra 🙏 A space where yoga is practiced with reverence for its origins in India, in a way that supports modern lives, with a focus on steady practice, awareness, discipline with patience and strong foundations. I believe yoga offers a way to slow down, support the nervous system, and reconnect to the Universe around us and to our truest selves — helping us find confidence, clarity & balance.

Letting the acoustics carry the ancient and healing vibrations of mantra and sound into our beings.
Helping us to find clarity under the mental chatter, home to ourselves 🙏

✨Starting this weekend 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️❄️
Feeling the beauty in leaning into the winter, and what the dark & wild months represent.
listening to the body & the season - rather than against them.

It’s time to do less, but with more depth & awareness.

Introducing a month of introspection marked by the addition of a weekly meditation class for July 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Sunday’s classes will be some simple asana, but a have a focus on pranayama, and sound/vibration techniques, and of course meditation.✨

4PM Sundays
Anglican Church Hall, Port Fairy.

Bring your mat, water bottle, warm clothes.

Drop in classes $25

Class passes for 3 or 5 classes reward the commitment with a little discount 🙏

Schedule for classes for next month ❄️✨

For July only 🙌- we have a special “Public Meditation Class” to help us with our winter nurturing & introspection.✨

Meditation is only made possible through preparation & practice. So please be aware that there will still be some asana practice in these classes as well as pranayama & Pratyahara.

& be gentle with yourself and your preconceived ideas of meditation - it is all a journey.

We will be using some mantra (chanting is always optional, never compulsory), sound techniques and yoga nidra to help us towards healing, growth and yes relaxation for the end of our winter weeks 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

It is important to calm the nervous system, but meditation is also a practice in focusing the mind, not simply in making ourselves comfortable -
so that nervous system can learn to stay calm out in the world as well, where it really matters 🙏
This is how meditation and yoga can rewire our brains & transform us.

You are more capable & powerful than you know, come & see.
