A Life Coach is instrumental in helping others, we work one-on-one in a collaborative process to help you achieve your personal life goals. These may include anything: to increase your confidence, to achieve balance in your life, to lose weight, change careers, have better relationships and so on.
If you have a desire to achieve something more in your personal or professional life you can get motivation, accountability and support from your life coach. We will keep your focused and on track taking action week to week and providing you with objective feedback.
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a low cost chance for us to meet informally and have a chat about what you want to achieve from coaching. Are you looking to increase your confidence! Manage stress better? Make life choices? Set and achieve goals? Or is there something else your looking for? It takes around 60 minutes, is usually face to face and is a no obligation get together to see if we are a good fit and will be able to achieve the life changes you want.
Face – Face sessions
This is where we meet on a regular basis to work through your priorities, learn strategies, develop tools and an action based program to meet your needs. Yes, you will get homework! I will monitor your progress and work with you to adjust your goals and strategies as required.
We will explore your values and beliefs about yourself and life in general to identify what is holding you back. You will learn ways to overcome your limiting beliefs so you can untap your true potential and begin to move forward.
Together we will complete some assessment to help prioritise what areas of your life need work. Other tools will help to identify your strengths, values, and the things that give you meaning and purpose.
I will ask you to commit to completing various tasks to complete before the next session. These will consist of specific actions that will give you the success and confidence to move closer to your goals. This makes you accountable to follow through and achieve the things you have priorities to make changes. You will develop confidence in yourself and your abilities by taking regular steps towards your goals
Follow up contact
These quick catch ups are designed to keep you on track and focussed. I will work as your accountability partner to ensure you are moving forward and help find solutions for any difficulties you encounter.

A quick prompt to keep your goals in mind and stay on track to achieve your set tasks.
The cost for coaching varies depending on your personal requirements and how often you would like support. I offer set programs to choose from or we can customise one to suit your needs. Everyone is different and the level of support you require has to meet your needs, it’s important that while assisting you to achieve your goals that you don’t come to rely on me, but on the strengths and skills you are developing.
Initial Consultation – Set fee $70
Monthly Coaching Plans
Option One - $400
Includes a fortnightly face to face contact of around 60 minutes. This is followed up by weekly 15 - 20 minute follow ups using the medium of your choice: phone, messenger, FaceTime etc I will also send regular reminders to keep you on track and check how you are progressing
Option Two - $200
Includes a monthly face to face contact of around 45 minutes. This is followed up by weekly 15 – 20 minute follow ups using the medium of your choice: phone, messenger, FaceTime etc and you will get regular reminders.
Customised programs:
Face to face sessions are $100 based on 45 minutes, if you require a longer time then it is $100 per hour thereafter – maximum of 2.5 hours
Follow up sessions (phone, messenger, FaceTime etc) 20 minute sessions are $35 each
Reminders are $5 each
PLEASE NOTE: If necessary you can make unscheduled contact in case of a crisis, there is no charge for this however I may recommend referral to a counsellor as appropriate as I won’t attempt to counsel and coach the same person. If it occurs on a regular basis a renegotiation of your program may be required.
